The project’s location, land parcel size and estimated ₹6,000 crore revenue potential make it a notable addition to the developer’s Mumbai portfolio. Its progress, however, will depend on the development agreement, regulatory approvals, project execution and market conditions.

For Mumbai’s luxury housing market, the project also reflects continued developer interest in premium micro-markets where land availability is constrained and demand is concentrated around established locations.
