"Pushpa 2: The Rule" had an impressive start, earning ₹164.25 crore on its release day and ₹529 crore over its extended opening weekend. By the end of Day 44, the film had grossed ₹1731.15 crore worldwide, breaking several records and surpassing Baahubali 2 in certain areas. However, its momentum has slowed down in the following weeks.

"Pushpa 2: The Rule" has struggled to regain its initial momentum after the release of its extended version on January 17, 2025. Early estimates on Day 45 suggest the film earned ₹0.35 crore across all languages. Its total net earnings in India since its release stand at ₹1225.65 crore.


The film, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, broke several records during its theatrical run. Earlier this month, it surpassed Baahubali 2: The Conclusion to become the highest-grossing Indian film. However, the reloaded version, despite facing delays, has not been able to reverse the decline in collections.

On release day, Pushpa 2 earned ₹164.25 crore and concluded its extended opening weekend with ₹529 crore. The film grossed ₹725.8 crore in its first week, ₹264.8 crore in its second week, and ₹129.5 crore in its third week. However, collections have steadily dropped: ₹69.65 crore in week four, ₹25.25 crore in week five, and ₹9.7 crore by the end of week six.


The film's total gross domestic collection over 44 days stands at ₹1461.15 crore, with the following language-wise breakdown:


  • Telugu: ₹338.73 crore

  • Hindi: ₹806.46 crore

  • Tamil: ₹58.54 crore

  • Kannada: ₹7.77 crore

  • Malayalam: ₹14.15 crore


The overseas box office earned ₹270.50 crore, bringing the worldwide total to ₹1731.15 crore.
